Welcome. The biggest part of this site is the projects/portfolio section, a showcase of some of my work -- primarily and art and websites, with a few other computer-related things thrown in. I plan to put up some more computer programs, art, and possibly some writing.

Also, I would like to make a shameless plug for two other websites I run: Aquafina Battle (a site carrying some stop-motion animation and other videos produced by me and a few friends) and Ridiculously unRandom (a webcomic I started to capture the rediculousness of my first-year residence floor at UW).

Little update -- Cliche posted   |   Nov 28 2004

I've added the original Cliche and the poster I made of it to the art section. It's another of my discrete works. Unfortunately, I haven't completed the large progression of cliche. You might also note some new pictures of me on here.... I'm considering adding a gallery, actually. I've got some amusing pictures from rez at UW.

I've updated my portfolio again. Two of my more recent works (in the style of Modern Interpretation of Discrete Forms) are now included. These are definitely my two most involved pieces to date. I've got another one on the way (it's at the halfway point; the ink version is done but the second phase is incomplete). I have also updated my self description slightly (though it is still mostly incomplete).

I have updated my art portfolio. It now has five more images, and there should be more to come soon (including some prints and the first computer-generated image in my portfolio!). I am also working on two larger projects exploring discrete and continuous forms (one will be similar to Modern Interpretation of Discrete Forms).

After recently getting myself a scanner, I've scanned in some of my artwork and created a portfolio section under Projects to house it. I don't have any digital art in there; most of what I do is "real-world" art (with the exception of some graphics design and a small number of actual digital art pieces). I like working with oil pastels and paint, and I enjoy experimenting with light and shadow in my artwork. Take a look!

SlickBar was recently updated to 0.9.1. I have also now updated the task-menu screenshot on the SlickBar page, as well as adding a section with some preview images of the upcoming v1.0.

The Skoot project, which I have been working on lately in parallel to SlickBar, is now available under projects/portfolio. SuperKaramba developers especially might be interested in this :).

I have completed the SlickBar section. It is available from within projects/portfolio. I have also added the contact info section. Many more projects are yet to come, as well as my resume, and more in the about me section!

Websites Project section updated   |   Aug 26 2003

The websites subsection under projects/portfolio is now up-to-date. It currently details three of my websites designs: the Peterborough City Soccer Association website, Aquafina Battle, and of course, unRandom.com. Check it out!

About and Projects sections started   |   Aug 21 2003

I have begun the About page and the Projects / Portfolio section. The About page has a semi-complete description, and the Projects section is (as yet) in its infancy. The basic descriptions for the "Websites" and "SlickBar" Projects sub-sections are complete; as well, the "Websites" section has some work done on it. I will be away for the next few days, so don't expect much yet.

unRandom.com is now available and running, though the majority of the pages aren't finished yet. Indeed, the home page is the only one working -- however, the majority of the design for the site has been completed. The layout appears to be working as it should, though further testing on different browser is still needed. All in all, a pleasing look, I think :)
